Dear DASCO Employees,
A hopeful New Year has begun.
As we welcome the Year of 2026, I sincerely wish health and happiness to you and your families.
I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all of our employees who, despite challenging internal and external conditions over the past year, remained steadfast in their roles and devoted themselves to supporting and sustaining our company.
In 2025, amid an unpredictable and uncertain economic environment, DASCO once again proved its strength both internally and externally through trust, technological excellence, and integrity.
Even in intense market competition, we remained resilient because we upheld the core values of the order-based manufacturing industry: exceptional quality and on-time delivery.
These achievements are the result of your dedication and commitment, and for that, I extend my sincere thanks once again.
Dear colleagues,
The business environment in 2026 remains uncertain.
While growth is anticipated in certain industries such as semiconductors and shipbuilding, concerns over a global economic slowdown, rising raw material costs, and intensifying competition continue to place pressure on the manufacturing sector.
In particular, amid what is often described as a “K-shaped recovery,” fundamental change is essential if we are to avoid stagnation and position ourselves on the upper end of sustainable growth.
Accordingly, we will make securing future competitiveness through innovation our core objective in 2026 and focus on the following three key strategic initiatives.
First, we will strengthen our order intake strategy through selection and focus.
By innovating our cost estimation and cost control systems, we aim to pursue sound and sustainable growth rather than growth in scale alone.
Second, we will achieve differentiation through technological innovation and superior quality.
By maximizing production efficiency and securing overwhelming quality competitiveness, we will continue to uphold the most important promise we make to our customers—trust.
Third, we will establish a culture centered on the “One Team” spirit and safety as our top priority.
By breaking down departmental boundaries and fostering organic collaboration, we will create meaningful synergy.
Above all, safety must remain the beginning and the end of every task.
Through mutual respect and consideration, we must firmly establish a safety culture that ensures not a single workplace accident occurs.
The year 2026 will be a critical turning point for DASCO as we advance toward becoming a strong global competitor.
If we move forward together with a unified mindset and faithfully execute these three strategic priorities, DASCO will continue to grow and thrive regardless of external challenges.
Once again, I wish you and your families a year filled with health and happiness, and I look forward to a bold and forward-moving 2026.
Thank you.
